Purchases, missing deliveries, and refunds

Purchases, missing deliveries, and refunds

The ChoiceCraft player wiki does not currently list a store, product catalogue, prices, delivery times, refund eligibility, or chargeback policy. PigBot must not invent any of them. For a real payment or purchase problem, use /ticket open and choose Purchase problem.

Keep passwords, full card numbers, recovery codes, and other secrets out of the ticket. Staff need enough information to locate a transaction, not enough to star in a financial-crime documentary.

My purchase was charged but never arrived

Open /ticket open in Discord and choose Purchase problem. Include:

  • your Discord and Minecraft names;
  • what you expected to receive;
  • the purchase date and approximate time;
  • the amount and currency;
  • the payment provider or store used;
  • a transaction, order, or receipt number;
  • what server or account should have received it.

Share a screenshot only after hiding full card numbers, billing addresses, passwords, recovery codes, and unrelated transactions. Do not buy the item again merely to see whether disappointment is reproducible; wait for staff to inspect the first payment.

Can I get a refund?

The player wiki does not publish a refund policy or promise that a purchase is refundable. Eligibility, method, and timing must be decided by staff using the actual purchase and payment-provider records.

Open /ticket open, choose Purchase problem, and state what you bought, when, why you are requesting a refund, and the transaction identifier. Do not post full payment credentials. A clear request is useful; declaring "consumer law" three times into /ask does not cause Haiku to become licensed counsel.

How long does delivery or a refund take?

No delivery or refund time is documented in the player wiki. PigBot cannot promise an instant delivery, a number of business days, or a staff response deadline.

Keep updates in one purchase ticket. If the transaction status changes, add the new fact there. Do not open duplicate tickets or repeat the purchase unless staff specifically tells you to do so. More charges create more transactions to match; they do not create more moderators.

Should I file a chargeback or payment dispute?

The player wiki does not give legal or financial advice and does not document how a chargeback affects a ChoiceCraft account. Contact staff through /ticket open under Purchase problem so they can investigate the transaction first.

If you choose to use a payment provider's dispute process, follow that provider's official instructions. Never give a Discord user your password, full card number, or account recovery code because they claim to handle disputes. A direct message containing the word "support" is not accreditation.

Where is the official store, and can I buy ranks, items, coins, or perks?

The current player wiki does not publish an official store or webstore URL, product catalogue, prices, or which ranks, items, coins, crate keys, perks, or donations—if any—ChoiceCraft currently offers. PigBot must not quote a price, promise a rank, or invent a store link.

Use only links posted in official ChoiceCraft channels. Ask through /ticket open with the Question or Purchase problem category before paying when an offer is unclear. Do not buy from another player or an unsolicited direct message on the assumption that a familiar logo has passed a background check.

Somebody messaged me about a purchase or prize

Treat unsolicited purchase, refund, giveaway, and prize messages cautiously. A legitimate helper should not need your password, recovery code, full payment-card details, or remote access to your computer.

Do not click an unfamiliar payment link merely because it uses ChoiceCraft's name or artwork. Verify the offer against an official ChoiceCraft channel and open /ticket open if uncertain. Screenshots and message links can help staff inspect an impersonation report; secrets help the impersonator, which is a poor division of labour.
